Summary
I have a 150 sq. ft. bedroom with private bathroom (non-adjoined), it's painted dark blue (can be painted over) and has hookups for internet, phone and cable. The view outside (in my opinion) is quite lovely as the complex is surrounded by pine trees. The apartment itself is extremely spacious (with exception for the kitchen, which is slightly small, and purple) and has a balcony. The staff at the office is extremely nice, and the pool and tennis courts are well maintained.
