Summary
I have not lived in Philadelphia prior to this. I am looking for a nice, safe place for me and my 10 year old dog. She does not bark nor tear things up like a puppy. Even non-dog lovers say that she is the best dog they have seen. I am looking for a short term lease as a trial period. After that, I am open if we seem to get along as roommates.
