$450 is with rent and utilities are included - you will have your own room, appliances are in the home. I need a room mate and do not want to deal with drama and girls. This is a new rental home that I am moving from an old one to this house. I I am looking for someone I can rely on to make their monthly payment and is a quiet clean and organized person. I do not have an animal if you do please let me know. If you want cable or internet that will be your responsibility. Half on internet??
