My boyfriend & I are planning on getting an apartment in Pirates Cove, but we do not have any friends living off-campus that are going to school in Greenville. We will be entering as freshman. I am attending ECU in the fall, he will be attending Pitt Community.We have not leased yet, because we are trying to find roommates first. We need a roommate or two the most that would be ok with having a coed apartment. Pirates Cove includes all utilities, is individually leased, and furnished.
