Looking for a preferably female housemate! Rent will include a private room plus a private bathroom, good amount of storage, in-condo laundry machines, and shared spaces such as garage, patio, kitchen, etc. No smoking on property. Pet Friendly. Dogs allowed under 14 inches. Security Deposit = $400 Monthly Rent = $400 Utilities = Included (within reason) Pet = One time $100, plus any fee for damages caused by said pet exceeding the $100. 6 month lease. Exceptions made for students.
