My fiance and I need a stable home where we can settle a bit. We got a 30 day notice b/c the landlord needs the room for a friend. We are very clean, quiet, courteous and handy. He can fix almost anything and I enjoy cleaning so the place will never be dirty. We're hoping to find a house wanting house cleaning, yard work and repairs in exchange for lower rent but that is not necessary at all. We have a cat who is spayed, chipped, up to date on shots, indoor and litter box train
