Built in 1929, Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, detached garage for storage, 5 minutes to downtown, walking distance to bars and restaurants. I work during the week and have fun on the weekends. I need a roommate that acknowledges I bought this house, and someone who will treat it as their own and not just another rental.
