I am a 44 yr old female looking for a room. I am easy going, outgoing, & keep to myself, but can be social. I love people. I am a dog person, but I'm allergic to cats. I work & go to the gym. I am pretty much a homebody. I am new to the area, so idk very many people, but wld love to make some friends & have something to do with my spare time.I wld prefer someone who keeps a clean space, who is fair, respectful, but not too demanding. I am clean, non-smoker, & don't have any animals at this time.
