Hi, I am looking to rent a room for the winter months so that my bf and I can drop in a few times a month to snowboard. I will pay full rent for the month but won't always be there as I live in Yucaipa and you will have the place to yourself for the most part. We are early 40's pretty easy going and basically just there to snowboard when it storms and randomly when work allows. Could be one of us or both depending on our schedules.
