I am renting out the unfurnished Master Bedroom Suite of my house in the Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz area for $1,900 a month (all utilities included) on a month-to-month basis. The Master Bedroom Suite has a private bath with a separate tub and separate shower, a dressing area, two closets (one walk in) and room for a sitting area. There are hardwood floors throughout the bedroom area. The Master Bedroom and sitting area are about 21 ft by 15 ft not including the walk-in closet or the bathroom.
