It is a 45+ community with a great clubhouse. Roommate would have their own room and bathroom. It comes furnished. Looking for a 6-12 month lessee. $700/month includes electric, water, trash pickup, and dish/cable. House has free to use washer/dryer and kitchen. $35 Application Fee, First and Last Month's Rent, and $300
