I am a male genderfluid crossdresser that is looking for a room to rent. I will need access to highspeed internet and rent no higher than 400 per month. I am a great cook and am very cleanly. I don't want any sex for rent deals, I would like to pay for rent with money and decide what I do from there. I play lots of videogames in my free time and probably won't bother any roomies unless they want company. I am gay by the way. I will need a place I can potentially stay in for 6+ months.
