The room is not furnished & we would be sharing a bathroom. I have a little bar table with 2 stools set up in the dining room, but I also have tv trays too which I do use more often. I have 2 brand new couches that are very comfortable. Also in the living room is a dvr with cable, xbox with a few games, and a dvd player. I do have an attached sun room where I'm keeping extra belongings that I don't have space for, if there's any extra room, you are welcome to it. I have net flix which includes
