I'm a dude that's looking for a private room and a place that is pet friendly. I have one cat. All I really care about is that my cat has a place to live. I don't smoke or drink so you won't have to worry about anything like that. I currently pay for my own internet so I don't have a problem going half/half on your internet or any other utility Bills. I'm desperately looking for a place in Orem, Utah by the end of May.
