Looking for a room available in Aug. 06. I'm on a low budget so preferably $300-$340 a month. I'm easy to get along with and like keeping a clean living are but don't stress much over it. I prefer non-smoking roomates but can live with it if I have to. I plan to stay for 12 months plus. I prefer to have utilities included and have a furnished room or partially furnished room.
