I am a nurse seeking to relocate to CA, I am easy going,laid back,I am reliable and will pay rent on time, I mind my business and expect the same. I would like to have an overnight guest occassionally. I am allergic to cats.No drugs whatsoever. If I am at home, I am usually relaxing otherwise, sightseeing. I am seeking a room to rent. Month to month or 6 months is fine. Prefer own bathroom but will compromise
