The neighborhood is VERY peaceful and quiet. The rent in total is 520 meaning 260 each, then we split the utility bills which include internet, electric and water(which comes every two months). Since I've been here with my roommate, which is leaving to go back home, we were able to pay the rent and bills with groceries at 450 or a little bit more.
