Home close to down town Royal Oak, finished basement with bar that can be used for a room or a bedroom on the main floor. Very clean, updated home. My road also has block parties almost every weekend throughout summer, very fun place to live. I am a nurse and work at a nearby hospital, I am newly single hence the reason for the need for a roommate, I also have do Have a 6 year old boy who lives in the home and a Pomeranian.
