About this household

I am a single mom with a 5 year old, and own a 3 bedroom house looking for a female or gay male roomate. You will have your own furnished bedroom with a dresser, bed, nightstand and smart tv. There will be a shared bathroom. Everything is included in the rent. I have my child every other weekend and during the week. By the time I get off of work and get home my child is up for about 2 hours then asleep by 9pm.
