I am looking for a reponsible person to rent my 1 bedroom condo. My husband has been stationed to DC and that's where we reside. There is a HO that is very strong that will be included in your rent. You also have a maintence policy that is included with rent. This takes care of all repairs in the home. Smoking is not allowed in the condo nor are pets. I do accept section 8. This cozy condo also has an sunroom that functions as a office. All appliances will stay including the washer and dryer.
