I'm a retired professional with an online business. I'm from Arkansas and moved back last week because a family member is ill and in hospice. Want a room until I find a job, my own place, etc. I have retirement income already. Like it quiet. I'm clean and neat. I stay to myself and don't bother people. I like conversation, but not just to be talking about nothing. Thank you!
