Living in Silicon Valley, I want to rent out a spare room in my 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious and we have a washer and dryer in the unit. Our unit also has a garage that comes with it. I rent 2 additional one, at this rate, I am willing to give my roommate the other garage as I currently live here with my 14-year-old daughter who I co-parent and she is with me every other weekend and once a week, and additional times due to family events and other situations.
