Katija, I live in a duplex that’s in a community called Fox Trail It is on Dove Lane. it is a three bedroom duplex two bathrooms it is completely furnished. For two people it will be 575 a piece 80 for water between 90 and 140 for electricity and 100 for Internet. They do allow pets but it’s I believe a $500 pet deposit. The backyard has several weeds but I’m always trying to work on it because when I moved in it was as tall as me full of weeds. I am a full-time college student at Eastern New Mexico University I will be staying in for Portales for the summer to work and take classes. My brother is my roommate and he will be the one staying in the apartment in the fall spring and probably one other fall semester. When I move out in the summer you would be his roommate. He is offering the master bedroom and bath so you don’t have to share with him and you’ll have some privacy if you are interested.
