I have 1or2 upstairs bedrooms to rent.Walking distance to downtown Holly.Historic home. Children,7& 9.Their bedtimeis 8pm. Up at 7. @dads on weekends.9yo has severe ADHD.Loud but loving.Quiet home in evening after their bedtime. No parties.I'm a counselor with a few clients I see in home during the day where I'll need you be absent. Non-issue if you have day job.Utilities, rent,Netflix& Hulu included in price,Some meals.New appliances.First floor laundry.I have 1 cat [email protected]
