I'm unsure of exact size and age of the apartment. All hard wood floors. Welcome to contribute things to common areas. I don't have a whole lot of stuff so things are welcome. Must be ok with some noise you can hear a lot coming from the level apartment. Must not do drugs, smoking is ok but must be done outside. Drinking is fine, I enjoy a drink or 2 every once and awhile myself. Also you would have to be able to handle cats. I have a cat under a year old.
