We are a couple. We have movie nights with a large flat screen and 7 speaker surround sound, homemade popcorn's on us. We are an artistic household as well as working and re-attending college. Liberal minded but please no crazy partiers. :) Must love dogs and crazy funny cats. About 3 easy miles to Hermosa/Redondo/Manhattan Beaches. A few blocks from El Camino College. Utilities included high spd internet, Directv, gas, electric, water, trash. Washer/dryer in house, tons of storage in garage.
