Hi, I have a room with a private bath.It is furnished (I kind of want to leave it that way). The room is freshly painted, at the moment, the bath has not been painted yet.I have 2 small dogs, they are very friendly.I'm an engineer here in town and a musician.My house if very quiet most of the time.I have housed around 16~17 exchange students over the years.Month to month works for me. House has typical amenities. I try to keep it clean as well.
