I am a professional adult working for the NY state government. My roommate of five years who was a student at UAlbany and then worked for the state government relocated to California to join his Girlfriend. I am mostly in the apartment Tuesday through Friday since my family is in NYC. The apartment has a shared living room, Kitchen and Bathroom. Laundry in the building. On-premise parking. Walking distance to UAlbany and state offices. First and last months rent and security deposit are needed.
