Looking for someone to take over my lease. Apartment is very nice and spacious. It has a dishwasher, new appliances, balcony and is on the second floor. Room available is a very large room with private bath including a shower and a spacious walk in closet. Room also has a new ceiling fan. Apartment also has air conditioning. Rent is $600 dollars a month and is the master suite.Water is included. You would split electricity but cost is usually around ten to twenty a month your share.
