Summary

I am looking for a room in Holland that is at most a walking distance from my school. I'd prefer a roommate that is clean and smokes outside but also pleasant to talk to. I also don't mind pets. I am 20 years old and transgender, just to clear the air. I like reading and the outside(just not in the winter). At the moment I do not have a job but I plan to find one for in the afternoon when I am not in school. I can pay the first few months rent and deposits, if there is one.
