Large duplex - upstairs unit.... You'll have your own room with your own bathroom just outside your bedroom. There is a deck if you have a barbeque/etc. No air conditioner. I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself. I work professional hours and would like someone who does not entertain a lot or listen to loud music, etc. I value a quiet household. Maturity and responsiblity are non-negotiable. Your portion of the utilities is $40. Your portion of phone/internet/tv is $75.
