Summary

I am a psychology Masters candidate at Augusta University who is looking to rent a bedroom of an apartment or house with a shared kitchen/common area. Cleanliness (at least tidy) in the common area is important to me, especially in the kitchen. Other than that, I am pretty easy-going and don't care if you drink or have people over, so long as it is reasonably quiet past 11pm. I have a cat who may or may not attend depending on where I end up living. My boyfriend will likely visit many weekends.
