This place is going to go fast. It is an amazing location in Lakewood (<5 min from 90, and < 20 min from downtown). There is a great view from the 10th floor of this north-facing building, which is only 3 blocks from Lake Errie. Rent is a great value, as my former roommate had a work related obligation that required immediate relocation, and thus I am in a jam for a roommate!
