I own a new 2 story house (4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms w/50' TVs and all the hook ups, an office and a 3 car garage. city water, but I also have a water purifier system for the whole house. Large back yard w/private vinyl fence, lanai, grill. I have 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs available for rent. I have all top of the line utilities and live by myself.
