Looking for roommate, already have lease signed, no deposit. Rent is $626/mo divided between residents, would prefer 50/50. Utilities not included but aren't terribly expensive, about $200/mo. Pet deposit is paid and I do have a cat, not opposed to other pets. Room is unfurnished with walk-in closet. I have furniture for the rest of the apartment but am willing to rearrange it. On-site washer/dryer and parking. Available immediately.
