I’m a 19 year old college student attending MSU for a criminal justice degree, my current roommate is moving out in September and I’m looking for someone who can take her spot. I live in a two bed room one bathroom apartment up on north hill only about a 3 minute drive to the MSU campus. Rent is $247.50 per person a month (with the lease ending it may go up a little I’m not sure yet) and all we pay is electric and WiFi which ends up being about $30 per person a month.
