The room for rent is in a quiet town home community right in the middle of the Cool Springs area. Amenities include a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, shared (with one roommate) bathroom with separated sink area, half bathroom downstairs, washer/dryer, large kitchen with dishwasher, huge living room, large enclosed deck, full attic and storage shed.We are two professionals in our mid-twenties.
