Looking for one more roommate to live in my house in South Austin. It's in a nice safe quiet neighborhood. It's also only 10 minutes to downtown. Easy access to 290, 71, and Mopac. I currently live with a 27 year old Female as well. We are laid back, get along great and don't have any drama. We also like to keep the shared areas pretty clean.
