We have a big house. The room is private, in its own hallway with a walkin closet. the house is four badrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. You would have your own bathroom with his and her sinks. you would have full house privaliges. all utilitie would be split in half. we dont pay water at all. the trash bill is about 50 dollars every coulpe months, and thats before its split. the cable/internet/phone is 119 dollars before its split. the gas and electricity depends on how much is usedfor the month.
