Me and my boyfriend are renting out a room in our house. It is in Buena Park, right next to the 91 and 5 freeways (Beach and La Palma). We are close to Fullerton colleges and Cypress college. I work in Irvine and my boyfriend drives to Long Beach for school, not far drives at all. We are looking to rent out the room for $550, including utilities. Internet/satellite that will be separate, but cheap since we are sharing it. We have a pool. No pets, drugs or smoking please. Hope to hear fr
