I am a full time student, with three cats. I’m 21 years old, looking for a female roommate ages 18-30. I have a spare room with a shared bathroom. House is a two bedroom, two story duplex with a full basement and attic. The attic is unfinished but you would be welcome to take that if you want more space. Washer and dryer is included, street parking available, and a front porch is available if you are a smoker. Looking for a quiet roommate, who I can get along with and cleans up after themselves.
