Starting teaching job in Wausau/Weston area and looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom house or apartment with starting September 1st. I am looking for someone who is looking for a 9 month/12 month lease. I live a clean lifestyle (don't party/smoke) and would be looking for someone who is also clean and respectful of living in the same space. Females only please - I am in my 20's. I am hoping to get a place that when the rent is split won't exceed $500.
