I am lookin for a House to rent with a friend, or looking for female/coed student/young professional.... not far from Howard University. I am a senior Bio major, graduating 12/06..to stay in the area 4 grad school. I have a great cockerspaniel dog hes suuuper trained (yup...lots of tricks...no mess)I study alot, so a room big enough for couch desk etc, or a basement, for us, so he dosent have to be eryones pet.. Would like a pr bath and yard with enterance in room (slidding door ok)others ok
