About this household
Rent and utilities top at $300 a month. 15-20 minute drive from clemson depending on traffic. We have one cat whose very friendly. The open room is 9x9 with a decent closet and a window. Washer dryer included. Occasional social drinkers. Not overly stingy about it being perfectly clean but like to keep it at minimum decent. New roommate needs to be trans friendly.
