I’m looking for a 6-8 month rental/sublet in order to put my head down and save some money. I’m currently in the process of a break up and am moving from Portsmouth to Manchester within the coming month. I’d estimate my move-in date to be June 1st. I’m looking to get two jobs while I’m in Manchester and saving up to move to NYC for a fresh start. I’m familiar with the area, however I do not have a car but I won’t ask anything of you other than to help keep the place clean. No passive aggression!
