The house is 1264 sq ft, clean, tile throughout, water softner with R/O, appliances, large private backyard with hot tub and outdoor fireplace, and it is very nicely landscaped. I plan to use the garage to continue my personal fitness training business so that would not be included. There is also a storage shed on the side of the house which you may be able to use some of it. There is 3 bedrooms, 1 master with bath and two others that share a bath. I will use the smallest room for an office.
