Clean, quiet & neat engineering professional needs a room for work in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. Will typically just stay there from Sunday eve to Thursday morning, returning home to Central New Jersey. Therefore, I will be a light presences, not bringing many things and little cooking (bringing prepared food from home to be heated up in a microwave). Social / friendly, but respects boundaries.
