I'm a Tucson native moving to Phoenix for work purposes. I'm fun to be around and outgoing yet at the same time laid back and respectful of other peoples time and space. Ideally, a month to month situation is what I'm looking for - but am also open to a lease should the right roommate candidate come along. With my work schedule - you probably won't see me much for the first two months as I'll be travelling.
