I'm a 25 year old full time college student that also works part time. I have a small dog that doesn't shed and is house trained and crate trained. I'm looking for a room to rent until I'm done with school so hopefully a one year lease at the minimum. I'd like to have a private bathroom but it isn't a must and I would like a house with cable and high speed internet. A fenced yard would be a bonus for my dog.
