I am a single mother looking for either a roommate to go on a lease with me on a 3 bedroom apartment, or someone with 2 bedrooms. My son will be moving with me this summer. I have a good job so rent money is not the problem. I went through a recent rough patch so my credit is the issue. I cannot get my own place until my credit is better. I don't have preference male or female, but must be ok with living with a 12 year old boy.
